Ambulo Blanc is an estate wine.  Bred by UC Davis and Texas A&M’s Dr. Andrew Walker it is 97% V. vinifera.  It is genetically 62.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12.5% Carignane, and 12.5% Chardonnay.

Flavor Profile: Citrus and green apple. Light bodied with slight effervescence.
